I don't want her to be my friend anymore--am I overreacting?

No you are so not over reacting...she betrayed you the first time by talking to the same guy you was...and by making out with him and im sure 2 people just don't make out for 3 and a half hours she probably did more..i would say you should cut all contact with her off..
