Does anyone know any vocational nursing school in springfield,machusetts,that offers the 16 month program?

I am looking to move to springfield masachusetts.Does anyone out there know any vocational nursing school that offers the 16 month LPN/LVN program and accepts credits from other accredited institutions from the rest of the country? I have completed 3 semesters and am fixing to move to springfield to wrap it up.Any isstance will be highly appreciated(Also any other city around Springfield with this program will be welcome)
