I live in LA, and am looking for any legit advice, on submitting for better acting jobs?

Its a tough business! Sounds like you are doing all you can. There are several hundred thousand part time actors in the LA area all vying for the same break. It takes persistence and patients and in the meantime you need to get involved in community theater, acting cles etc. Very few make it "BIG" in the industry so you need as much experience and exposure as you can get to enhance your chances.
