Mahogany colored stained woodwork in whole house. Last owners left paint spatters. Can I get it off?

If it is on top of finished wood, yes. A little soap, water and elbow grease should do it. If the paint is on unfinished wood (under the Mahogany finish) then you will not be able to take it off, because the paint soaked into the wood.
