Can you use Burt's Bees Hand Salve to treat diaper rash with cloth diapers?

Diaper ointment works great but be careful with hand salve it contains essential oils that really aren't safe to be using on a young baby, miracle salve by burt's maybe a better choice fragrance free and contains no essential oils. Baby skin is so different to our adult skin and the concentrations of oils can sometimes be too much for their new skin which is still growing and forming.
