Gift Ideas for a 14 year old... New Years..?

Okay, so my friends decided to do a secret santa like thing for New Yearss.. and I got her 14 year old cousin. Now, there are rules, it must, must be under $5.00, it cant be edible, and yaaa/ so what the hell do i get a 14 yr old that isnt candy or sumtin,,,, and is under $5..
