Why does my palm keep hurting?

Ok i am going to tell you the full story i was at the the skate park and i was dropping in the bowl got it the first time.then the secong time i ollied in it and i think one of my wheels got stuck.and i ate **** fell on my palm and now it hurts so badly that i couldnt even sleep last ight i could move my fingers though can you tell me what to put on it.thnx!
