What do you think of this trade ?

The trade is pretty even. It depends on what else you have. You are giving up three solid players so the rest of your team better be deep to fill those holes. Lee and Wade will give you good production from their two positions, but you are losing produciton from another position. Granted, you get more production from Wade, but your team overall should be deep.
