I have started this workout routine and I like it. I only takes 45 minutes and it works the upper body, lower body and the abs. On the first day I was really sore so I took the weekend to recoup then on monday day I did the same thing but with weights this time. And now that it's tuesday I'm not sore at all. So would it be ok to work out every day? I originally was going to workout only on Mon. Wed. and Fri. What do you think?
