I have genital warts. Who do you think its better to treat them a dermatologist, or a gynecologist?

Because my gyn says is not warts, but I know they are, I went to the dermatologist and she said it was melasca, by the time I went I only had one and the derm froze it but now I have more, and Ive been using apple cider vinegar, but I think it's too irritating, it stings like hell. Have u ever tried it? what were ur results? and any other home remedies you have used? please let me know.
