Fish/reptiles only grow to fit their tank. Please tell me you don't actually believe this urban myth?

Actually, although this is mostly untrue, comets (a type of feeder goldfish) are bred to only grow to the size of their tanks. This is true; I have much experience in comets; however no other fish i know of or any reptile for that matter does this.
