Dragon age 2 where can i find more Potion Of Arcane Technique?

The only potions like that are in the Black Emporium, and it only has one of each of the potions. I believe that Bioware learned from DAO and isn't going to allow people to boost their attributes quite like was possible in DAO with all of the duplicated tomes.
