Chinese ppl SMOKING even on enclosed public surface?

I'm here in China right now. I have no choice I get my supplies from here. But I think I'll die early coz of 2nd hand smoking. They practically smoke everywhere, specially while in front of the internet, w/c I always stay. They light their cigarette at least half an inch creating too much smoke. Even if there's a child beside them they don't care. Poor children. Everytime I'm here my skin gets rough because of their smoke and I'm a very vain person. Im scared of getting premature wrinkles but since I'm here...gosh it dsnt seem like I have a choice. They smoke a whole lot even inside a spa. As compared to a regular spa in a NORMAL country, as soon as u enter a spa you'd inhale aromatherapy and scented candles and oils. But here as soon as you enter a spa, you'd inhale their tobaccos. I wonder how many of them die of lung cancer.
